How does it work? 
Drive. Drop. Depart. Three simple steps. Drive up to the terminal curbside, hand your rental car keys to your personal Runner and walk away towards you flight. You will get a confirmation email/text once your tank is filled up and your car is safely returned. 

How do I book a Rental Car Return?
You have three options:
1) Call to speak to a Rental Runners’ Representative
2) Go on our website www.rental-runners.com and book online
3) Download the Rental Runners App and get connected

How does the Rental Runners App work?
Our App supports both Apple and Android Platforms. Download the Rental Runners’ App. You will be asked to login and put in your details. Once submitted, your personal Runner will reach out to you. You will then be in direct communication with your Runner until the service is completed. 

Can I trust my Runner?
All our Runners are Rental Runners’ employees. We make sure that they are experienced, background checked with a clean driving record. They are trained to provide the best customer service to you. You will love them!

What if something happens to my Rental Car while your Runner is returning it?
Dont worry! We are a fully insured company. We handle liability related situations just like any other valet company. In case of any incidental damages, our General Liability Insurance of upto $500,000 has got you covered. 

Is gas fill-up included?
Yes, absolutely. Our flat fee of $20 includes filling up your gas tank before returning your rental car. You will only be charged for the gas pump price. A receipt of your gas price will be sent to you for your review. 

Is gas fill-up optional?
Yes. 

What will my receipt include?
Your receipt will include the flat fee of $20 for the service and the gas pump price (the pump price receipt will be sent for your review).

What if I am late?
You will be in direct communication with your Runner. You can let your Runner know if there are any changes in schedule.

When will my credit card get charged?
We authorize the payment at the time of booking but we only charge your card after the service is completed and a confirmation email/text is sent to you. 

What is your “no show” fee policy?
Our no show fee is $15.

How do I know the car will be returned just the way I left it?
At the time of drop off, your Runner will take a few minutes to take pictures of the Rental Car to keep it on record to make sure that the car was returned just the way the customer left it. These pictures will be sent to you upon request.
